I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it on my phone but it still didnt work. I am on the third band for it the first two that came with fell apart after less than six.

I am very disappointed in the performance of my Ionic Fitbit.

. Less than two years old and the battery is empty according to my app. Started having to charge it on a daily basis in the last three months put it on charge yesterday morning at 18 it failed to charge and now will not charge. I also just found out that fitbits 1-year warranty doesnt cover software issues.

After resetting my fitbit versa lite to factory setting I could not update the software or sync my fitbit app with the versa lite. I can only say that Im very disappointed.
